	HTML email creator/editor Total creative flexibility (not wizard-based) with point-and-click design. Insert text or images anywhere; complete control over styles, fonts, links etc; common functions (unsubscribe link, personalisation options etc) accessible via drop-down menu. Full personalisation with first name, last name, plus up to ten user-defined fields. Create emails from scratch, or import any HTML template and edit. Create plain text version of email. As easy to use as a word processor - does not require technical or web design experience.
	Campaign manager No limit to the number of email campaigns you can create and store. No limit to the number or size of image files, etc. Send campaigns to any or all of your address books, immediately or at a specified time. HTML or text version chosen automatically, depending on user preference or settings in the recipients' email software. Full 'test send' facility to allow you to check your emails before dispatch. All previous campaigns archived and available for your review or reuse.
	Address book manager Import or export address lists from and to virtually any software package. Address books can be as large as you like; no limit on the number of address books you can have. Full de-duplication of lists; failsafe unsubscribe. Code included to add a subscribe feature to your own site; fully-editable 'subscription confirmed' response.
	Reporting Centre Detailed reporting on the progress and outcome of campaigns, with the ability to drill down to the specific behaviour of individual recipients. Emails sent, opened, viewed, forwarded, overall statistics plus broken down by each recipient. Links tracked per individual link, per recipient. Replies, bounce backs both 'hard' (address invalid) and soft (out of office, etc), unsubscribe requests etc. all reported on with specific details per recipient. Users tracked through to your own site with page paths, times etc.
	Delivery and Security Full bounce back management; ability to auto-unsubscribe 'bad' email addresses and set thresholds for this, or re-sending. Dedicated servers based in two locations in London and the South East; strict and enforced anti-spam policy maintains our reputation amongst recipient ISPs. Links with many major ISPs and webmail providers, early adopters of the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and endorsed by household-name clients. Unlike overseas providers, we are bound by the UK's stringent Data Protection Act, providing extra assurance as to the security of your address books and other data.
	Full Support Genuine personal service and customer service ethos: technical support and help with your mailings available by phone or email at any time during UK office hours (i.e. - when you need it). A named contact for you; no 'raise a support ticket' procedures.
