Email Marketing Tips Wizemail Setup and Administration |
|
What do I need to run wizEmail? A PC, Internet Explorer and an Internet connection. As with everything, the faster the better. The first time you use wizEmail you'll be prompted to download a small software plugin. wizEmail is currently running a beta version for Firefox on both MAC and PC, please contact us if you wish to be part of this program. How limited is the trial version? The trial version is exactly the same as the full version, but doesn't allow you to send more than 20 emails at a time. Once you've decided that you want to use wizEmail it's very quick and easy to set you up with a full account - all we need is to set your details up on our invoicing system and double-check that you understand the terms and conditions, particularly regarding spam. For how long can I use the trial version?
For as long as you need to evaluate the product.
What sort of businesses use wizEmail? We have clients in pretty well every sphere of the commercial world, plus many charities and public sector institutions. Many clients are large household names, but others are SME's, specialist internet traders, web start-ups etc. The common thread tends to be that they're organisations who don't just want to 'send lots of emails' - they want to use wizEmail as the basis of ongoing intelligent and targeted campaigns. Do I have to sign up for a minimum period? What is involved in signing up? No - Pay-As-You-Go accounts have no minimum period. If you want a Value Plan account (fixed monthly fee) then the minimum period is 12 months. There is very little paperwork - we check that you have read and understood our terms and conditions and set you up on our invoicing system. How do I pay? How frequently is the billing? Invoices are generated on the first of each month and refer to the previous calendar month's activity. You can pay by cheque or by BACS. What online or telephone support is there to help with problems? We're here and available during UK office hours, via email or telephone. You will be given a named support contact to help with problems and calls will go straight through to them (we don't use automatic switchboards or queuing systems). |
